Cool. I like stuff like this. We will be doing a 30x50 pole shed (or, maybe a little larger) when the dust settles from timbering and finishing the little house up at our farm.

Feel free to check my thread out here. It’s what I do when I can’t go fishing on weekends.

Couldn't go fishing....

So this is the final and a few pictures that show how it sits on my lot. I am glad I put it in the front side area instead of my roomier back yard so this way it is more useful as a garage too. Neighbors have barns in front yards also - 2 pics of them added. Next is to clean up this yard and move my boats out back via a new driveway I added to the left of the barn that goes into the woods. Site work was the only big surprise costing about double what I planned. Another surprise is how hot it can get in the loft even on a sunny 50 degree day. Going to add window fans and maybe some day a roof exhaust fan if it is an issue in the summer. Pool table going up top this weekend along with a refrigerator in the garage floor.

I don't know Bob, it's close. You know what they say, 'if it ain't bigger than the house than it's just a shed.'

Very nice, thank you for sharing. I am not familiar with your part of the country and if you don't mind me asking, what happened to the Ash trees? Disease?

Over here in Southern Ontario the ash bore has annihilated the ash tree stands as well. Not a tree at a time but parcels at at time.
