Speaking of 7-11, the one time I was in Hawaii the 7-11s there had spam sushi— a mound of rice, a hunk of spam wrapped in nori. What a great pre-surfing breakfast when paired with a cup of Kona coffee. Not a fan of Walmart.

Slim Jim isn't breakfast. Vienna sausage is. Still agree with the 6 pack.

THT is definitely getting better. We are on the second page already, and there was only one poster preaching about the evil devil that good tasting food is. Of course the preacher had to tell everyone about the food that he instead himself will eat.

And in the old days the wife stayed home, my wife works, contributes to the family on a full $ to $ basis, she has to be up at 6:30 every morning, no way I'd think of asking her to cook for me at 4 something AM, besides the kids need a solid sleep, why wake them for no good reason when we have alternatives.

Fruits are naturally very high in sugar content. Everything in moderation but for a diabetic, extreme moderation with fruits. I do some berries but thats about it.
