Kudos to Norchill coolers

Smile Kudos to Norchill coolers

Had a medium boat bag that was seeping a little bit of water. Send an IM to Ben at Norchill. He asked how long I'd had the cooler, 2 year warranty! I thought it had been much longer than that and told him thanks I'd be placing an order for a new one. He messaged back and showed it was still under warranty and he'd ship me out a new one! Awesome customer service!!! Received new cooler in a couple of days for only $8 to cover shipping. Kudos!

Received new med boat bag replacement earlier this week. Played 18 yesterday afternoon and I'm a happy camper.
Great customer service and I'm a customer for life!

I thought they had a lifetime warranty? I just gave 6 out to my groomsmen and preacher

I got two of the big camo ones when they were on sale at Walmart for $16 ea been very happy with them.

I like their coolers but, we have a 24 can soft-sided one that the zipper broke on about 2 months after the warranty expired. I wasn't expecting a new, free cooler but, they basically said, "sorry, its out of warranty" and that was that. The worst part is that it was probably used less than 10 times. Sometimes just a small gesture of goodwill says a lot and will often keep that customer coming back. I haven't bought from them since.

Am i wrong that it’s a you break it, we fix it warranty? Pretty sure mine said that

I had a similar experience. But mine was leaking...soaked the carpet in the back of my truck while we were on a trip. About a month out of warranty...I had bought about 5 of them in the previous year. After some back and forth, and a lot of attitude in their part, they VERY RELUCTANTLY sent me a new cooler...like they should have.

It sure wasn't in my case. Like I said, I wasn't looking for a free cooler. I even asked about sending it back at my expense to have the zipper replaced. I was told that was not an option. Again, they lost a customer over it and I no longer recommend them to people.

Hilarious. I never saw that video. "Unbreakable" except for when it actually breaks. If it is unbreakable, why just a 2 year warranty?
