I was there when the arrested boat was hauled out.

I also remember the paper saying the passengers were physically shaking when they got off the boat.

I'll handle it," according to trial testimony. Witnesses said Padgett then chased Deems with the 6-foot gaff and struck him with the billy club.

Good job. I thought they were way further out. My mistake (memory is shot from chemo).

We had a similar situation on a headboat back in the early 2000s, first week as a mate we had a customer get drunk and belligerent after his line had to be cut to save another customer’s grouper. He attacked a mate, we ended up restraining him in the cabin for the remainder of the trip. He was met at the dock by a police officer.
