Good friend on-board a few months before he died unexpectedly due to complications of diabetes.
His teenage son had sunflower seeds with him.

Not sure what he was doing with the shells, but they clogged up my scuppers and left some staining on the deck.

I donít understand why people bring seeds and nuts on a boat. Iíll throw them overboard.

Fishing st the ramp when clearly marked no fishing

donít try to tell me how or where to anchor especially if youíre from out of town.

Tell me back home we put the lines way way way out. Next thing I know he's turned the clicker off and is letting 4 of our lines out another 200 yards. What do ya know... wind changes direction I turn the boat a bit and we are tangled. Guest then throws hands up days I'm annoyed and frustrated while I spend 20 minutes undoing tangles and recovering 800 yards of mono and their flouro leaders, lures, just thinking about it has me smh.

I used to take a friends family on the boat a lot, our daughters are best friends. They would typically be the people that bring lots of stuff but split as soon as we got back to the dock. He finally got his own boat and after about a month of taking people out he called me up to apologize. "Dude, I am so sorry I didn't realize all the work that goes into taking people out. After the past two weekends I got home and everyone went to the pool leaving me to clean the boat by myself. I did that to you and I am so sorry"

I just laughed and said no problem but karma is a Mo' Fo.

They can’t keep their damned hats under control when underway, then you have turn around fish the hat out of the water, they never learn.

I actually agree with that saying. If Iím selling a boat that means Iím getting a bigger boat. It is a beautiful never-ending cycle.

X2. My number 1.
Every time I hear it slam I think something big has hit the deck and going to chip the gel coat or crack something requiring repair.

I guess I'm the laid back boater because none of these things really bother me. I guess what annoys me are people that are always annoyed. Boating is suppose to be fun last time I checked. Loosing up tight asses. LOL

Complaining at the end of the day that they didn't get the grouper they wanted. When there is a cooler full of Snapper, Mackerel, and a Cobia.

Being late. Not only while boating basically anytime someone can't keep to a schedule. Doesn't help that I am pathologically early, but I can't stand waiting on people who are more important than me.

I agree.. seems that most people that annoy us just are not aware of what it takes to own a boat.
