Mine is generally green during the growing season, but it is not 100% grass. Gets a bit brown with some bare spots when we have a dry spell.

The photographers from Better Lawns and Gardens keep calling me up for a photo shoot, but they haven't offered me enough money yet for them to do that.

Steela your yard is totally awesome. So much work into it but nothing looks busy. Great job.

Here is my humble backyard, with all this cool, rainy weather I have been having the lawn has never looked so good, have to mow it every 4 days.

Just pressure wash it and sweep in some new poly sand. I've yet to see anything that cleans stuff like that better and faster than a pressure washer. Its not hard to sweep fresh sand in.

Have had the Massey for about 9 years and just picked up the Deere 5065e with grapple a few months ago. We spend more time out here than in our lawns at the house. I will say, though, there are some nice areas of centipede that thrive with little/no attention. Wish I could get that at the house.

Here is corn i have been growing and for about 20 years, each year more vibrant kernels.

If you want to try some I will send you some seed..PM me your adress.

sweet! Will do! I wonder if the deer get into that and eat it, will they have rainbow poop?

farmer buddy was at our place last night and chased 2 deer out the sunflowers. The electric fence is no match for them this year. Everyone is having issues with them in their fields saying it must be too dry for their normal food in the woods so they are destroying the sunflowers. Us, him and 2 others I know are having same issue

Dude... I don't know how many times I have to tell you, Chinese and Russian nationals make crap lawn people. Now that you are bringing in all the Guatemalan refuges you should be able to get some quality lawn service.

I am hoping! Hired help can be so bothersome. You and Jenn should stop by Saturday. We are having a little shindig. Just tell the guard to call the main security room and let them know your name and that we are expecting you. They should let you in directly. We will be on the West lawn in the veranda. Starts at 6. No cellphones.

If you take pictures like this you almost can't tell that my yard is 50% weeds.
