Default McLaren 720s or Ferrari 488 GTB

Made a few life altering choices last night.
I woke the kids up early to let them know that me and the Mrs. wont be helping with college. Tuesday morning the house is going on the market and I'll be letting Prudential know I'd like to close out my 401K. I cant get a hold of my pension early but I think I can borrow against it.
Probably going to give the old lady her walking papers too.
So the question at hand is which of these two should I purchase? I need ultimate performance as I sometimes travel the PA turnpike which has a 75mph speed limit.
I'd also like a very comfortable supercar with ample cargo space as I will likely be living out of it.
I also still have most of my hair, so some sort of open roof option to cool my flowing lockes would be great.

Can any of you dolts who have never even seen one on the road chime in please.
Also credit union or do these type of dealers have financing? Any recommendation on interest rates too?

Another vote for the McLaren. Those gullwing doors will give your lawn chair some shade in the Wally lot.

Which dealer will throw in a trailer hitch to pull your Freeman 42?

Forgo the exotics... Buy you a convertible Mustang GT, put rims on it.

You'll be able to run bitches at the country club (with some game) and you'll be able to slay em in the trailer park (game or not)

Good luck my friend.

Neither has great trunk space. You are better off in an f12 if you plan on cruising. Living out of it / hilarious. Haha.

Haha... After all that, you not only can't afford both, but STILL need financing to secure just one of those runarounds.

The speed limit on the PA Turnpike is 70.

I can not condone giving up on funding kids higher educations. But if you're more important than they are......

I had the pleasure of driving the 488 several times and can tell you it’s amazing. As others have said the novelty will wear off and you will be looking for the next one. Between those two id go 488.

Thanks for the clarification. In light of that, I suppose I’ll just keep my Maxima, not sell my house, cash out my 401k, leave my family or take up snorting cocaine.

Sorry you couldn’t see the sarcasm in the wording.

BTW, I asked for comments on the cars.

Maybe you can start a thread of what Re-Bait does and doesn’t condone in parenting. This way people like myself who don’t give a shit can choose not to click on it.
