I went to buy a starter from a marina in ocean city Maryland about ten years ago As it was placed on the counter I was told something in the ball park of 580. I calmly said. Would you please check that price again I am in a tight spot this is the first day of my vacation and I need it. Also the Internet is a powerful way to take revenge on someone that price gauged me. He turned around flipped some pages in his book and said 280 I paid him and have never said who it was that tried to rip me off. Maybe you should call and ask this businessman if he would like the same opportunity. If not please post away

Since he is not working in his shop environment, I could see it taking 2 hours. It might be 20 minutes per engine actual time , but there is set up , waste removal, clean up . Tools out of truck, tools back in truck etc,

$150 to come to you and $15 for shop supplies? One or the other, the boat was never in the shop.
