Mow Friday’s so I don’t disturb the neighbors weekend with unwanted noise. Sometimes this can’t be avoided but it’s my mo. Headed out there now.

I definitely try to mow on a weekday. Weekends are for fun stuff, not chores.

This......because I use a catch bag and it's like vacuuming up after. I also use the hedger before mowing for the same reason.

Finish with the blower!

Edge along the Belgium blocks and places I can't get with the mower.

Mower grinds it all up. Then blow everything in the driveway and walkway back onto the lawn.

Around me, with the landscapers, the boss is on the mower, the underlings are working the weed whackers and leaf blowers.

Mine don't, they blow it on to and then into the lawn. The clippings add nutrients to the yard as long as it's properly mulched first.

Also weed whacking first keeps erases your footprints when the mower pass over

The pros here have several yards right together and a big crew. They are doing it all at the same time. The blow guys do their thing on the last yard while they are packing up the rest of the equipment. These boys don't screw around. They can do 5-6 yards in about the same time as it takes me to do mine. That big ZTR they have mows at around 15-20 MPH (faster than my golf cart).

I like to mow then round up...

I think us ZTR users tend to mow first so we see what's left to weed eat or spray. We tend to have a lot less to do after mowing.

Just mowed my lawn for the 4th time this season. Have yet to whack. Much more important stuff to do like aerate and herbicides. Maybe next time.

Edge (if necessary) then mow. No trimming, no blowing. If the mower doesn't get it, out comes the roundup. Reason: same as others - mower blows the edge clippings.

I try to dodge the shit when I mow. Hate it when I mow it. Pisses me off when I step in it!
