Just quit drinking. It's easy, I've done it hundreds of times.

Hangovers suck, but the buzz makes it worth every minute.

Moderating it beats abstaining from it.

No such thing! Either 25 or ZERO

A member PM'd me to call him which I thought was very nice. Long history of it in my genes.

Google AA alternatives. Never been a fan of AA but some of the alternatives like SMART look pretty good.

My buddy just went from 10-12 beers every day after work to 2-3 Becks N/A beer. The non alcoholic beer helped a lot. He said they’re delicious. Good luck!!

I wish I had a solution for you. Get as much support as you can and don't be afraid to lean on them. Work at it. The alternative sucks. We lost our son 2 years ago as a result of liver failure due to alcoholism. He was only 34. Get help my friend and I wish you luck.

Not to be the prick, but addiction in most cases if not all is a choice. Choose to be addicted or not.

I dipped for almost 20 years. One day the dentist scared me and said he was worried about my jaw. Choice was made.

Was there other factors bc I've never heard of anyone that young w/ just alcohol....I know several people that have died of liver failure but it is always alcohol + something else (benzodiazepines or opiates or both)

If you are controlling it you are not enjoying it, if you are enjoying it you are not controlling it.
