glad I didn’t hit it. Any ideas what it is a part of? About 40 miles offshore out of MHC.

Could it be part of this SpaceX rocket that washed up last year in Hatteras?

Doesn't seem to be enough growth on it for that long, but who knows what kind of paint they use to coat them.

It's that electric Tesla car that Elon Musk sent into orbit. It has dropped to the ground like Tesla stock. LOL

It looks like it has a Nike swoosh on it. Maybe it was a helmet designed to fit around Kaepernick's big head and afro, but they threw it away because those awful NFL teams colluded to keep him from ever playing again.

Just show them the pictures and if you have the gps numbers that would help. You never know could be part of a plane, boat or whatever.

It does look very similar to a space launch vehicle nose cone. While it doesn’t seem to be damaged enough to have a heat shield it could be. I can seem to match the portion of the logo to any known missions. At first glance thought it was part of the Falcon logo.
