Got a Yeti tumbler for Christmas, glad too, I wouldn't pay $30 or for that matter $20 for a cup! It is pretty nice though!

Check out the all new Engel 30 oz tumbler with a screw on lid and flip top. Also, non skid base. Own two of them kills my yeti ramblers.

yeti ramblers coming out with new tops and also a whole new bottle with screw on top more like a thermos or water bottle.

New tops look to be alot better than old rambler tops you can slide the opening close so it wont spill.

I second this, have both and use the Engel more. Ice retention is the same, cost is the same but damn if that isn't a way better lid on the Engel.

They are all on back order. Estimate 30 days for tumblers and 135 days for the coolers.

Not sure how they can figure 135 days??

Honestly the Pelican Coolers are every bit as good or better than a Yeti and close to the cost of RTIC..... Yeti is just the "in" item right now. The Tumblers are legit though!!

You are correct. I have both and have done many side by side comparisons. The Pelican is less expensive and has a lifetime guarantee while the Yeti is 5 years. Both available at Walmart.

Agreed. I've bought a couple Pelicans and love them. The handles and closing mechanism I like far more than yeti. Only downside to Pelicans is that they are HEAVY. I deal with it using the carts at the club.

I still have an engel 45 in my garage in a box brand new. Might have to give that a try next summer or continue to keep it in the box as a back up.

Looking forward to the rtic tumblers I bought. The 20oz yeti I bought at the local hardware store in a fit of spontaneous shopping is too small for me. Ice retention is insane good but it seems I'm making a new drink every 20 min. Maybe I need to drink slower!

Does it look like this ? This is from the RITC web

Spill Proof Lid - $4.99

Spill Proof Lid Rough riding in the boat, off roading in your truck, ATV or in the field; the sliding closure resists spills and is straw friendly

I ordered 3 just before Christmas. The ship date is 1/24. Not sure why they are advertising boxes of 30 available for dealers when I haven't got mine yet.

I ordered 60 RTIC's and being in the marine industry I had them within 1 week. They perform exactly like the Yeti and I give them away to my customers when we do larger repairs/restores. I am messing around engraving them with my CO2 laser, just need to fine tune the rotary attachment. I also did a few with a negative stencil vinyl sticker and sand blasting. Over all I am very happy with them and will be ordering another 60 next week.
