Looking for storage for 25 foot OB CC on trailer in the Morehead/Beaufort area.

Anyone know of anything?

Thanks in advance!

All of the local marinas usually will have some wet slip space avail and you can usually keep trailer there too. Are you talking about long term or short term (like 1 week or so),...that does make a difference.

Oh yeah, thanks, long term. Somewhere secure with a washdown area and access in and out at anytime.

I keep mine in dry storage at the Boathouse, don't know if they do long term "on trailer" storage but they do have a large boatyard across the street that is gated with 24/7 access via a card. They are soon starting construction on 2nd dry storage building in that spot so I don't know what that means to potential use of that yard. Worth a call though and they are right next to public ramp on Taylor's creek.

I am at Carteret Boat Storage about 1/4 mile from Town Creek Marina boat ramp. It has a washdown area and secure lockable units. You need to call Tony and get on the list. It may take a little while before a big unit is available. Mine is 36' long, 13.5' high at door and inside at midpoint 11.5', and 10.5 -11' wide.

Boathouse does have long term storage in the yard behind the drystack. Noticed this weekend that there is a sign up about 1 year leases available. Then you are literally across the street from the wildlife ramp, and could take your trailer back to the gated storage area so you did not have to worry about parking. And if you ever need work done, you could just have John Boy go across the street and bring the boat over to work on it.

Thanks for the replies!

Newport,
Julie is super nice and helpful!

windknot,
Got on the list yesterday. Thanks for the measurements, now I can check to make sure I will fit. I would like to get in one of those units but not sure how long the wait will be?

Found several options but still looking.

X2 for the Boathouse, class act. Little more expensive than others but the convenience and security is worth it.

Very nice place on 20th streets. Large nice wash down pad. Has a dumpster for trash and there is no limit on water usage like some mentioned earlier. Very large lot with tons of room. Pm me for the number if interested

Default Boat and Trailer Storage

You might want to try Burleson marine that have a gated storage area..I keep my trailer there and there is boat storage at the corner of 70 and 24 ( the old Lowes building) I believe...
