Default MHC June 1st

Anyone headed out? Looks like it should be calm. I'll be on 68, Overboard.

Seas were great, but the whole day was slower than the DMV! Did anyone catch anything deep?

We started at the 90 drop to Pan Am and everything in between. Not even even a single bite.

Please tell me someone caught something...

Things have been pretty slow out there lately. Don't know what the problem has been. Maybe an extended East favoring wind.

Slow for me yesterday too. 1 mahi and 1 wahoo all day, in 90 to PA to BR areas. Don't know if full moon had anything to do with it?

We went too - definitely slow - only caught 4 gaffer Mahi and 1 bonito trolling. Switched to bottoms and wore the kids out catching 60 pound plus jacks until sharks showed up. Caught 2 over 150 pounds. Exciting but not great table fare

Went out Tuesday and did a whole lot better. We went north of the Big Rock and had action pretty much all day. Lost the first three. Nailed the next five, all gaffers. We had a lot of short strikes and a coulple double hook ups but by the time I got the rods out of the rod holders they got off.

Looks like we are done until September during our next vacation....
