Johnson Mechanic
I have a 1996 Johnson 200 hp that needs a good mechanic to look at.
Do any of you know of a good mechanic who knows his stuff and works on these old motors?
I am in Raleigh, but I am willing to travel for a mechanic I can trust who knows hid stuff. I do most of my boating in Morehead.

Call Mike at Stapleford's Marine, I'd trust him to work on any older JohnnyRude. He's in Kinston @ 252 523 3344

Stacy Braswell, near Wilson (I think it's Rock Ridge). He worked 20 yrs with Jerrold Flowers at Flowers Marine. Jerrold retired but highly recommended Stacy to me. He's getting started on his own repair business. He did right by me this past winter and did the work on my boat when Flowers Marine was open for the last 10 years. Always satisfied with their/his work. His # is 252-289-0130.
