Default Rumble in Jungle weather

It's early I know but I sure hope this forecast changes! What's the back up plan given the small craft advisory is still looming?

They can't really reschedule, with the Open, fall brawl, troopers, 5-0 all jammed together in October it would be hard to change it. Hopefully it will get better, but looks like we will just have to take a whooping out there and have to fish on.

I'm pretty sure it's buoy weather. You can get 2 days out for free and pay for a 7 day forecast.

The 2014 tournament will still be held this weekend, however the format will now be a captains choice, you either fish on Saturday or Sunday.

Teams will be required to choose their competition day in writing at the Captain's meeting on Friday. They will have the opportunity to change their designated day up until 6am Saturday morning.
Directions on how to officially declare the change will be listed on the registration form addendum signed at the Captain's meeting.

All previously scheduled events for the tournament will remain, and Saturday's check-out and check-in procedures will be duplicated on Sunday. We look forward to seeing everyone at the Captain's Meeting on Friday.

The bite was great in areas. We do not have a current leader board to give currently. The weather wasn't bad at all inshore.

Now that it's over, a 44 won and was caught where the fleet was fishing. I was beside the guy for a while.

I'm guessing either on the beach or in the river channel.

Supposed to go down next weekend and guess I'll have to battle the US Open guys for a spot to fish.

We're thinking of giving it a go in the morning and can't decide if we should fish the beach or head offshore
