Default Sea Hunt dealers within 120 miles of Columbia, SC

I think I've settled on which boat to buy and it's going to be a Sea Hunt BX. Before I started calling every dealer around and getting a price, wanted to see what the THT brain trust has experienced. Please give me any dealer recommendations you have. I don't intend for this to be a bashing thread of bad dealer experiences so omission of a dealer will suffice. Mainly curious to know which dealers will negotiate a bit more than some others.

Thanks in advance.

I called several dealers when I bought last spring, and found the best price on a 24 BX BR at Marine Service Center in Murrells Inlet.

I live in Lexington but bought mine in Wilmington back in March. I keep it at Ocean Isle Beach so technically it was the closest dealer. I have heard that SH cracked down on selling boats out of area at the dealers meeting. The way it was explained to me if a dealer has the boat you want in stock you can deal but if they have to order it you need to work with a local dealer.

I have no idea if this is fact but a dealer gave me the info. If you have any specific questions about my experience feel free to PM me.

Couple friends of mine have bought seahunts at seels in west Ashley or mount pleasant. Based on price per square ft here vs most other parts of the state, I'd assume better deals could be had elsewhere, but they've been pleased.

Default Marine Service Center of Murrells Inlet

We have had two very positive boat purchases through Marine Service Center of Murrells Inlet. We have also had all of our electronics and accessories installed on our new Sea Hunt at MSC of Murrells Inlet. All the work was top notch and the guys in the shop are very helpful. They are definitely my recommendation!

Seels in Mount P treated my friend very well. Boat show price - they outfitted and delivered the boat on time. First service after shake down runs was completed fast and everything was fixed.

Seel's in Charleston is great. Family bought a boat from them in the 90s (from Ernie Seel) and I bought a 27 Gamefish from them this April (from Al Seel).
