Hey All
Hoping the Carolina THT team can help me out. I am trying to get a hold of the folks at Pair Marine. I have tried several times thru the Contact Us email submittal. No response. I have tried the number on their website 252-414 ....to have it roll straight to voice mail. Are they still in business? Assuming so, is there a better way to contact these folks?
Or, maybe someone here recently took ownership of a new 21 or 24 ft model. I am curious as to how they price out w/ standard options?

They are very busy. Keep trying the phone #. It's his cell. You can text him also. He may have lost his phone or something.

I don't know why boat builders are so averse to hiring someone to answer the phone and emails for them.

Text him. That number is Bryan's cell phone. He will call when he gets a chance. Remember you aren't dealing with a sales team, you're dealing with the owner/builder/salesman/shop/parts department all at once. He's busy. In my experience, once you buy the boat, he's actually better at communicating than before the sale. I texted him the other day wanting some upgrades and a small repair done on mine over the winter, and he got back to me in 30 seconds.

Just completed a 24dv build. Like others have said Bryan is very busy right now. It took me a couple times to get in touch with him at first as well, but communication was fine during build process and with follow-up. Marine Warehouse Center helped me cause I’m closer to Wilmington. Very pleased with my boat!
