Default Trailer parks, Atlantic Beach

Gonna start looking at possibly purchasing a mobile home in one of the parks at Atlantic Beach. Would prefer one that stays open year round and is relatively quit , family oriented. Boat storage, parking would be nice since I'm 4 hours away

Also how does the lease terms work? Do they guarantee that the park will be there so much time or could that change at anytime?

Any information or recommendations would be appreciated.

Triple Ess sounds like what your looking for.

In my own experience with two different parks (not Triple Ess), there are no guarantees on long term leases. All of them have verbiage in the lease agreement about vacating the park within so many days of written notice.

Needs verification but the trailers I've seen for sale at Triple S stated no full time residents. Great location though.

I can confirm that. I looked into buying one at Tripple S and not only did the park owner say no full time residents, they said no long term stays. I asked what that meant and they said you could only use it for extended weekends/vacations because if folks stayed longer it would overwhelm their septic system.

My home isn't in there (we are a couple streets over) but Coastal Mobile may be an option. It's open year round and has some full time residents. Its def family oriented and seems to be fairly quit. Im not familiar with lease option but there are 6 privately held lots in the park, 2 owned by a very good friend of mine. He says he was approached years ago and would sell for some very large sacks of money plus a condo. In other words he doesn't need the money and wont let them go unless someone wants them really really badly so I think there will probably be some long term safety. We walk by a parking spot for boats in there but I think its short term, don't trust me on that one. Parking looks really good for most homes, there are a couple lots on the main street that look like they may be tight but I think those are the exception.

We have a place in Paradise Bay. They have boat storage available for 25ft and under. Park is open year round and they are on permanent sites. Can not be your full time residence. Most everyone knows everyone else. Boat ramp on site and the canals are being dredged. Some of the places are older and some are brand new. All in all a great family park. We are 3.5 hrs away and go as much as we can. If you need more parking I would recommend to not get a place on the canal as parking is limited.

I have never stayed at Tripple Ess, but those guys always look like they're having a great time and sounds like exactly like what you're looking for.

Take a look at North Shore mobile home park off Old Causeway. Just west of the Atlantic Beach bridge. I have a vacation home there. Very family friendly. I believe 98 homes and 90 or so have their own boat lift. Some homes have two. I believe there are 2 or 3 currently for sale.
