Default Puppy Needs New Home Port--Urgent! Please Help!

"Bo" is a mixed breed puppy, 1/2 Black Lab, 1/2 Border Collie, black with white paws, medium-length hair. He has had all of his shots and is heartworm-negative and on heartworm-preventive medicine. He is energetic but timid and completely non-agressive. He gets along great with other animals and children. He LOVES children. He is less than one year old.
Bo was rescued after having been abandoned by his owners. He is now in the care of an overwhelmed animal rescuer who will arrange for him to be neutered.
He needs a family and a home place with more area for him to run around.
If you can adopt Bo, or if you can find him a good home, please contact Patty at (270) 927-9121.

I can deliver Bo to most anywhere in the Southeast, as far south as the Florida Panhandle.

You're a good man for posting this, tt.

I wish I could help with Bo, but my wife just surprised me with a chocolate lab pup for Christmas. So, we already have our hands full. I'll put the word out with my friends.

Thank you very much, friends.
I will do my best to get photographs taken and posted when I am there next week.
If we are able to find Bo a new home before I leave on my return trip from there, I could take him along with me to transport him shortly to his new home. I will be able to take Bo most anywhere in the Southeast, as far south as the Florida Panhandle. With sufficient notice, Patty, his present guardian, can arrange to have him neutered before we leave Kentucky.

Hope you find a good home. Rescued dogs are often great. I have a pair. One is a big red Doberman named "Beau"....

Good luck,
Michael .

Thank you very much.
Bo weighs about 45 pounds. He has white at his right front paw and less at his left rear paw. He is about 18" tall at the shoulder, about 25" to the top of his head, about 34" long from nose to rump, and his tail is about 10" long. He is not expected to grow taller or longer, but his build will fill out more as he matures.

Bo is very friendly, bright, responsive, and affectionate, even with much smaller animals of other species. He is also house-trained so he goes only in the yard and he has a predictable routine for that. He is in excellent health.
At the time I was there this week, Bo's guardian Patty was very burdened with thirteen animals, some requiring complex care. We are trying to find Bo a home where he can get much more of the one-on-one attention he needs.
If you can help Bo, please contact Patty by phone at the number shown in my post above.
