Yep! We use to say in the Navy if the pilot lived it was mechanical failure, if he died pilot error......

Worst case is take the wings off and put it on a truck, best case maybe they can figure out a way to get it out of the water at Town Creek Marina and just tow it down the road since the airport is across the road.

They went toward Morehead instead of Towne Creek once it was floated.

Probably easier to use a crane over there and just pluck it out.

If it had been a float plane I wonder if the tow would have been covered by a membership?
