Default Trout bite manteo

If the damn wind would stop blowing, the trout bite is actually pretty good in manteo right now. Caught several monday right along the north side of PC bridge both that morning and evening. Tues morning tried same spot before the wind came up and had about 40 bites, but only caught 7. Most were short so I'm thinking that's why I missed so many.. By 9 the wind was blowing and it was only going to get worse . Supposed to blow till fri mornin . Just a fyi if you're headed down

Pretty work Dave! We want to make a trip back up for some Tuna but haven't put it together yet. We were there last year at this time...

Yeah jim, I've been trying to jump on a makeup out of the fishing center but they've been booked up. Guess I'll give the pirates cove boys a call and see if they have any openings. We ought to try and plan a trip up here next spring
