Same here. Saw it a lot Sunday morning over Shark Island and Cape Lookout, and the surrounding water. Was wondering what was going on then saw last night about the missing young man. Was wondering if it was related. Hope he is found safe.

same thing I was thinking. I’m hearing he was based out of FT Bragg and they’re sending some help in the search.

That's odd as hell. Maybe he went for a nighttime skinnydip and a shark et' him.

Anyone who spends time fishing out there doesn't get in the water. Most have seen way to many big toothy critters in those waters.

He doesn't sound like the type who has spent a lot of time out there fishing.

There are helicopters up and down Bogue banks today, can't imagine they are looking for him, right? They appear to be looking for something...

I didn't want to be in the Army any more either once, but I finished up rather than drowning myself or feeding myself to the sharks.
