Really???
Never heard of them coming inland. Always in 120+ feet of water.

I know by Duke Marine Lab across from those Condos there is small Gags and Skamps in the past that have been caught. Never seen Trigs that close. They would be hell on a trout reel lol.

I have caught Triggerfish in the surf & on the flats in the Bahamas.

But never inshore here in NC.
Stopped by ChumBucket dock yesterday to say hello & he cleaning Triggers from his recent trip.
He gave us or "threw" us those Triggers & we "caught them" .
I was testing your level of gullibility & most of you passed.

Now I'd like to sell this bridge. All offers accepted.
........ICM

Should have saved this post for April 1st.

Well I certainly would believe it coming from you. That and experience catching BSB and grouper inshore plenty of times tells me it has the potential to be true.

There's no telling what you'll "catch" if you happen by the dock when I'm cleaning fish
Good seeing you and Harold.Tight lines!

Great catch, dang good eating, oh, you must have really snatched that small one in fast to pop hid eyes out, or you have some real deep water at your dock

I didn't fall for this one ICM. I knew Chum had caught a bunch this week and the background shows you were near his dock. But I like your style. Well done.
