Default Long Shot..... Jarrett Bay Skiff

This was for sale circa 2016 at Radio Island Marina, couldn’t swing it then as I had just bought a brand new boat. Anyone know who has it now and if they’d be willing to sell it? No boat and ready to purchase now. Was a 21’ with a 140 Zuke.

If you haven't already, contact Jarrett Bay directly. That hull doesn't show in their online list of hills produced. They may know who has it and be willing to contact the owner on your behalf.

They will likely know who has it now, was owned by another local gentleman but he's passed. I will ask his son tomorrow. There were actually two built, one an OB one an I/O. OB ended up the plug for another builder that's changed ownership now several times.

Thanks. I sent JB an email about it, figured someone here might have some local knowledge on it.

Also, I appreciate the info you gave me when I looked at it last time around.

I just left the shop and Randy was still there, maybe he'll chime in or PM you.

Not quite the way all that went down. The old Chaos 21 does bear a resemblance though.

The original two, with the Jarrett Bay name on them are both cold molded boats, not plastic fantastics.

Exactly why I want this one, it’d be easy enough to go buy a new Chaos. I’d immediately purchase either one of the originals if they were for sale.

So i don't have any real information for you, but i was chatting with a car salesman in Myrtle Beach two years ago and he said he had a Jarret Bay skiff. He kept it in Mt.Pleasant from what i remember. I had never heard of JB making one and this is the only other time i have even heard someone talking about one. would be an awesome find for sure! Good luck with your search!

Bought it from the guy in Mt Pleasant &
Sold in Nov2016 to a guy in Miami - check with Neil at Radio Island as he may be able to connect you with the new owner.
