Looks like the weather will be GREAT. 83 for the high? What? Still 7 days out but You know when this low pulls out some cooler air will get pulled down.
Looks good!

Should be a great turn out if the weather is decent. The tournament is hosting two series this year which should bring some great fisherman along with the payouts.

Unfortunately i wont be able to fish it this year.. I have to do a Marine Corps UDP starting that weekend. Wont be fishing again until the fall brawl probably. had a blast last year. The weather probably will be right since me and my small boat aren't fishing... typical!

i hope someone on this thread wins!

Just the other day it looked like the weather would be great. This low pulling out looks to be bringing many wind changes. Iím going to make a decision Wednesday. I will say this, near shore water temps havenít soared yet. There have been a few big ones caught in close but pretty far away from OI.
IF the winds calm down Friday there will be opportunities for boats of all sizes this year.
Cautiously optomistic.

if you donít catch a single fish youíll have a blast with Brad. Heís a fun guy to fish with. Iím sure he has them dialed in though.

I did see a few boats out catching bait this morning. Looked as if they were prepping for the tournament.

We are in but on a substitute boat (major crack in a leaning post leg on mine). Smaller boat with less speed and range is going to limit us but we are going to give it a go none the less.

Should be be down tomorrow evening.

Glad Iím not the only one ! Got a new top and it wouldnít fit my console. In the middle of fiberglass surgery. Iím counting on Fridayís forecast to hold for my limited plan to work.

Just getting the bad luck out of the way early!

Yes Brad is a character. Catching machine too. We have a good game plan and hope to put a nice one in the boat.

Weíre fishing tomorrow. Good luck to who ever is fishing today. Hope everyone is having an easier time finding good bait. Plenty of small pogies around not many big ones yet.
