1998 31' Open Contender, powered by 2010 300 Verados

Boat was bought brand new, single owner, renovated in 2010 with new electronics. Repowered with Mercury Verado 300's in 2017. Taking the next step with a 35' Contender. Comes with a 2 year old Magic Tilt Trailer.

1998 models only came with 240 gallons I believe, since he states 300 gallons maybe he did new tanks??

I had a 1998 and it had 300 gallon factory tanks.

You could get upto 400 gallons from Contender in the 31. I fished on a 87' 25 open that had 240gallons.

LOA I believe is about 33’ and some change from tip of bow to back of engines.

Fuel tanks are original, I believe it was last summer we had all the fuel lines replaced. While we did the lines, tanks were tested and all is good. Boat holds 300gals. This is my uncles boat.

Our 31’ holds 420, like stated above, Contender can add or take away for a customers wants and needs.

Yes the boat is located in Texas. Galveston, Texas.

Motors are 2010 300 Verados, they were bolted on in 2017.

These are with about 200gal of fuel in the boat.
30mph
3700rpm
18-20 gph

40mph
4500rpm
28-30gph

45mph
5000rpm
36-40gph

55mph
5800rpm
56-58gph

top end is about 58-60, light and running down hill

The numbers above are with a set of 19p Mirage Plus wheels. If the new buyer is interested, a set of 19p Rev 4s could be included as well. Numbers are very similar as above with a little less burn gal/hr and a 2-3mph less top end.
