Default 1997 Luhrs 320 Open

Putting my boat back up for sale. We've put a lot of work into this over the last couple of years. It went under contract earlier this year but we found the port engine had a weak cylinder during the survey, and after considering repowering with diesels we ultimately decided to drop a reman engine in and keep looking for a 36-40 express/convertible.

I bought it sight unseen from a guy on THT a few years back and it needed some TLC to get it back the way it is supposed to be. I've basically gone through front to back and everything now works as it should, with any 20+ year old boat there are things you could pick at but overall its in very good condition.

This boat has been setup for fishing, cruising, and island runs and is powered by 2001 Mercruiser Horizon 454 Hi-Po MPI 385hp freshwater cooled inboards. Port has 10 hours, Starboard is 980. Auto-pilot interfaced with the GPS units make long trips easy. Engines have been well maintained by current owner, with all receipts and maintenance logs (including significant preventative maintenance) since ownership. Reman port engine was fully documented and comes with transferable warranty. She has a factory hardtop with marlin tower and buggy top, Rupps double spreader outriggers, Lewmar windlass, tackle storage, built-in overhead electronics box, easy access to the swim platform through the transom door. The boat stays in the water with annual hauls/bottom jobs. The hull is cleaned and inspected monthly by a diver.

Yes it's in Jax. The engine alone or the whole in/out cost? The whole swap ran about $7500 with me doing a lot of the prep/coordination/etc. I wanted to clean/update/correct some things so I basically only had the yard do the labor of pulling the old block and setting in the new one and aligning it. That allowed me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Of course my labor doesn't count in the cost.

I don't have troll only numbers. I don't have a flowscan installed but do have one that comes with the boat.

These are some older pics but it hasn't changed much, just cleaner.

The strainers are your typical Perko engine strainers. Engines are 1.5", genset is 3/4 or 1". The starboard engine has an emergency/ditch valve, underneath the engine pick ups have cheese graters.
