I had a nice laugh over this comment. I totally agree. There must be a crack epidemic going on in the boat building world these days.

What do u think the number on that boat should be?? It's loaded, and immaculate... Probably 4K alone between stereo components and lighting. Have you called kencraft to price a new one? I know that to duplicate this rig your in low 60s with these options, so this one is 1/2 price.... Not bad for clean rig, or the guy who wants one of these rare boats...

It looks like a maycraft. How good could it really be?

I agree that the price is crazy 25 might be a little more reasonable. He will probably sell it for 30 it is a very desirable boat. I also agree it seems to have been derived from the same mold as the maycraft 19.

This is an Onslow Bay, not a Kencraft or any other boat. For a 2006, priced in the 20k range is what I believe it should be. Heck there was another 20' sold here on the THT that was a 2006 in same condition sold for 25k'ish.

Think most owners of the early Onslow Bay boats are looking at how high the price has climbed for the newer versions and think that along with current demand for them appreciated their value. Truly its a deal if the seller and buyer are both happy with the transaction no matter what our views are. But I would look to buy it if it was in the 20k range.

A 10 yr old 20' cc I agree, $25k ish ask would be more appropriate.

Heck 5 yrs ago a guy sold 2006 (5yrs old at the time) for $24k ish ask.

I can't put a price on it because I don't know Onslow Bay that well but I don't see this as being bad logic. I sold a 2005 boat in 2010 for $35K and today the exact same boat is still selling for $35K because the new price went from $50K to 100K between 2005 and 2015. When someone wants that boat, they have a choice... buy new for this much or buy used for that much. Rising new prices inflate the used market. Of course that boat was a relatively niche market with only 5 or 6 players and there a hundred 20ft CC makers out there so that makes this a little different case.

That 2014 Rolls Axle trailer is a great trailer.
