SOLD...SOLD....]2009 Albury 23 "Kiterunner" custom built for original (me) owner. Delivered March 2009 and located in Fort Lauderdale. 225 Suzuki with 730 hrs. and remaining warranty until March 2015. All maintenance records available. She has been meticulously maintained and is in pristine condition. Garmin 4210 GPS, Garmin GHP 10 Autopilot w remote, removable ski/towing pylon (Birdsall), ICOM M4504 VHF, Fusion IP-700 radio with JL Audio speakers/subwoofer/amp, 24 gallon freshwater wash-down, Lenco trim tabs, swim platform with ladder, LED running lights and cockpit lighting, battery charger, Birdsall powdercoated t-top, leaning post, and upholstery, 103 gallons fuel, dual (new) Odyssey batteries with switch, spare propeller, custom telephone booth Birdsall enclosure with envelope, pop-up cleats, complete custom covers an cushions, Flexiteak flooring, new bottom paint. Immaculate…..
Boat underwent extensive top to bottom renovation and refit at both Albury Brothers and Parker Yacht in October 2012 and has just returned from another Abaco Islands roundtrip over 4th of July. She is strong, vacuum bagged construction. I have a new larger boat being built and have decided to sell her. She is in mint condition. Price is $64,500. No trailer. thanks all for compliments. THT works!! 3 phone calls already. The floor is flexiteak. engine has 6 year warranty so good until March 2015.

Do you mind if I ask why it would warrant an "extensive top to bottom renovation and refit" on a 3 year old boat?

Please don't take it wrong. I'm not knocking the boat. Albury is certainly on my short list (when I hit the lottery), and this one is beautiful. I'm just curious.

I am with ATerry..Whats the paddle board setup on the T-Top..That would solve a lot of problems when I have a full boat and my wife insists on taking the paddle board.
