Is the fuel burn at 24kts correct? Or should I ask, is the speed correct at that fuel burn?

I owned a 241 and fished it for years. It is an awesome ride and a fishing machine. Good looking rig!

I'm putting the fuel consumption on the heavy side, Fuel burn comes out to 1.3 nautical miles to a gallon. Motors are carbed and both carbs were rebuilt within last couple years.
This boat does ride very good, I have been caught a few times out there and always felt safe. I have all gas reciepts with mileage from each trip written on them.

I have the same engines on my 261. Good reliable engines and easy to work on. I bet your actual fuel burn is less than that at 30 kts.

She has a real smooth ride and weights around 6500 loaded for an offshore trip. I'll dig up some more pics of the inside, but it's very basic and a great design.
