I think Yellowfin is the rolls royce of bay boats and the Shearwater is the beamer.
No shame in owning a beamer!!

everyone on here is going to say yellowfin, just look at the pricing difference. i was looking at both before i bought my Z2200 shearwater 2 yrs ago. i love my boat and i love my buddies 24yf he cant out run me, cant out fish me, my boat is better in the shallows, and the ride in the rough stuff is about the same even though he has a 24. i can stay dry in almost any condition, it all in the driver. i can get mine up and out run the spray (allthough i will admit i will not run hard when its nasty unless its my normal fishing crew that knows the boatis on board they know how the boat will react to big swells). they are both beautiful boats and are top notch when it comes to build quality. the difference to me was i paid less than 40K for mine new (dealer leftover short sale) he paid 60+ for his yellowfin. Is the yellowfin 20K+ better than my shearwater? really doubt it......just sayin. maybe why my tow vehicle is a 2008 denali and he is still driving his old silverado

Hey Friend;

You will probably find what you're looking for at www.popyachts.com - they have a lot of boats on there - around 1,900 for sale. My brother bought his Contender from them- he said they are awesome to deal with.
Good Luck,

Ive got a boat that is similar in quality for what you are looking for and in my mind a better boat but that is all subject to opinion. Its a little older than you want but they only made them for 1 year I believe and there are only around 24 made I am told. It is a 2003 Tides 23 Bay Boat. It is almost 24 feet long with a Honda 225 on the back (57 Hours). This boat is loaded out with everything. Cobalt Blue sides, 10 inch Bob's Action Jack, Lencos, Trolling Motor, 2 44 gallon release wells, 1 38 gallon livewell, freshwater washdown, etc. Boat is a really fast hull. Located in Gainesville, Florida. This is my personal boat that I have been updating with all new high end stuff and will be for sale soon. Feel free to give me a call if interested at 352-317-5105 anytime. Thanks, Matt
