Default FS 2006 Rampage 38 Express

This boat has been an amazing platform to fish/dive off the Florida coast and explore the Bahamas over the past two years for my family. Were it not for a move back to Texas due to parent health issues, I would be keeping her. My house on the water in Lighthouse Pt sold after two days on the market and our move is coming up quick; which makes me a motivated seller. Please call with questions – Daniel 214-636-8836

2006 Rampage 38 Express - $188,500

All services completed on Mains, Genset, and Transmission May 2020.

10 day Exuma trip loaded cruise – 22kt at 38GPH 1990 RPM (pic included)

WOT – 28kt at 50GPH 2475 RPM

Max RPM on these engines is 2500, so 2475 indicates the props are tuned as close to perfect as you can get them.

Boat survey, diesel mains survey, Genset survey, and fluid analysis from 9/2018 are available for serious inquiries.

I made an offer on this boat and seller backed out a couple years ago. Of course I bought an in between boat for the time being and then the sellers changed their mind and I couldn’t buy it at that point.

The previous owners to exceptional care of this boat. I looked at every Rampge 38 from Texas to VA when it was on the market and it was the finest by a long shot. If the current owner has mantained it like the PO, this should be a definite one to make your list.

I wasn’t getting the MPG/GPH burn I normally get on my recent trip to the Bahamas. Everything else checked out but the props looked like they needed some love. $1025 later and everything’s back to perfect and ready for the new owner!

Weekly bump to the top. If you've ever dreamed of crossing over to the Bahamas and spending the night on the hook, this is your chance. Just fire up the generator, take a hot shower and sleep in A/C comfort. She made the trip 2 weeks ago and she's ready to leave the dock now. This boat needs nothing but to top off the fuel tank and go! Thanks for all the interest so far.

I've gotten to know the divers pretty well that dive it monthly and they've made several comments on how easy it is to clean the boat. It's just now getting to where it needs new bottom paint, but it was applied on 3/21/2017. Over 3 years on a bottom job is pretty good I believe.

Boattrader.com has 3 boat listed with this same description. Two in Alabama and one in Florida. All using the same interior pictures and same listing price, until your recent drop. Anything notable or is someone simply ripping off your listing?

Thanks for the heads up MHK4830. For some reason, it saved as Alabama the last time I changed the listing and it duplicated. The two lower priced ads are mine and the one higher priced is through a discounted broker to get it listed on yachtworld and he also placed it on Boattrader. Probably not the best way to do it but I'm far from a professional at this.
