I have same boat been wanting to do what you did with the second Lowrance unit. Did you do the acrylic work or does someone source the black acrylic precut to the shape needed?

I ordered a sheet online and did a few cardboard templates to get the look and radius right, then cut everything out myself. The switch cutouts were a pain in the ass and if I were to do it over again I would see about getting someone with a cnc router to maybe do it. I love having the 2nd screen so far. I only added it a few weeks ago but love having one for map and one for sounder. I have a spare piece and thought about doing it as a background for the other side/screen as well.
