I purchased my Potter built 1973 20' SeaCraft last summer, repowered it with a new 2018 Suzuki 140 and rewired. Added new Sea Starr hydraulic steering and battery this year. The leaning post and gas tank were replaced by the previous owner in 2013 - otherwise the boat is original. The boat has all of the known SeaCraft issues for this era - needs stringers, deck and transom - my plan was to do that, but has now changed. While I am still using the boat, the transom is at the end of its life. This is a classic boat with great lines. If you have the time and ability, it will be a great restoration. Most of the expensive items have already been purchased (motor, steering). Single axle bunk trailer - works fine, but is old. Boat is located in Boston area. If you only want the hull, happy to discuss. $13,500 or best reasonable offer.

Had the boat looked at and was given a fair price by a reputable shop to rebuild the transom which is really the most pressing issue - stringers appear to be OK, possibly replace and raise the floor in the future. Still open to reasonable offers, but now less interested in separating hull and engine. Ask price will change reflecting transom rebuild when completed. Thanks

New stereo being installed this yr. Transom rebuild came out great. Going to keep the boat for another season - hard to give up the legendary Potter built Sea Craft ride.
