Question HELP! Switch I.D. required

Can anyone help identify this switch (a replacement for it); it is used as a kill switch on an electric reel. i want to replace it with a simple on/off toggle switch but not sure if it will work

Not seeing a relay in there, and judging by the size of the wiring on the switch, I'd say no an off the shelf toggle won't handle the amp load being run through the switch

the reel is rated at 12v and 16A. Not sure what a relay is but there is a dual speed switch which appears to simply allow more amps to pass through the system to make it "two speed "

**NEW QUESTION**

Has anyone got any advice or comments on using a regulated (AC to DC) power supply to power an electric reel for bench work at home?
