Default Before or after winterizing?

I will be winterizing the boat this week and need to replace the tilt trim seals and water pump. Would you recommend doing this all at once now or wait to replace them when ready to use again next spring?

I normally do the work in the fall to insure there isn't other problems that need attention while you have it apart like water that might be in the oil that can cause corrosion or freezing .the leg can always be reinstalled in the spring .

Trim seals you can do whenever you want the rubber impeller I'd probably wait for spring so it doesn't sit in one spot all winter.

Impeller in the spring. Trim seals whenever you get to them.
