Default Rusty Racor?

Checked my clear bowl the other day and noticed it’s full of rust? It was also full of water but has anyone seen this before? Should I change the filter now or is it safe to continue running?

thanks

The water in gas can take on a rusty color. You need to get that water out.

Water creates rust internally. Replace all elements. Find the source of water

Yup mine did. I had to replace them... pretty straight forward. The filters were the issue but couldn’t get them off so the whole thing had to be redone
