2014 230 BR will not allow any gas to be added to tank.
It just comes back at you. Tried pumping very slow, but still no good.
Has been fine- ie last week- topped off.
Yesterday, 1/2 tank (according to gauge) and didn't get a gallon in.
Fill is on port and vent on starboard. No changes to boat.
Both times has been on trailer, both times about 1/2 tank.
Motor runs great- yesterday @ 5200 RPM. No problems. Idle is good also.
Suggestions??

Plan to figure out how to remove vent cover and check.
Seems that I should be able to at least get some gas in, but not so. Like there is an obstruction in fill..?

Pulled vent- only needs allen wrench.
Clean. There is a filter screen in there....clean.
I took compressed air and forced into vent. Could hear gurgling and about 2-4 ozs of gas/water came out.
Wonder if that blocked the vent?

You can can run a long time without accumulating enough liquid in the low spot to “seal” the loop, but once there, it’s a problem.
Best route for a vent line is continuously uphill from vent fitting to a high spot, then continuously downhill to the tank.

came out where? - if you forced air into vent and it came out of fill hole then sounds like fill hole line was plugged/trapped - not allowing gasoline to enter -
I'm hoping it wasn't water/gas (just gas - I would have tried blowing in from fill hose
Can you put gas in it now?

Are you using the same tow vehicle/hitch, different gas station? I have had a few boats that the angle the boat is sitting on the trailer makes a huge difference. Had one I had to jack up a few inches to get it to take any fuel. Just a thought.

I'm glad I read this post. I, too, have the same problem with my boat which is also a 2014. Mine is a Tidewater 22ft that I bought new and have been having the same symptons and headaches as you. From the Tidewater board, about every other post is on not being able to refuel their boats. If you have a low spot in your hose (either fuel line or vent line) holding water or fuel you can blow it out, however, if the fuel was laying in that spot, the chances are the hose is rotten and needs replaced. Another is the pressure valves within your tank. Mine has 5 valves and if any one of them goes bad you have problems. First determine if you have a pressure tank then find out what make the tank is and who made the fittings. There is alot of diagrams/schematics on the web so that you can match yours up with the proper setup. This is a major undertaking and very few manufacturers will admit to the problem and cover it under warrently. Don't even ask what I was told the repair price could be. Good luck.
