Default Low voltage on bridge - Viking 48

I am experiencing low voltage on the 12v supply on the bridge of 2002 Viking 48. The 24v side has a little over 26v and the batteries all load test well.
Does anybody know if there is a step-down to achieve the 12v or is it supplied from the battery switches in the engine room? My VHF's are 12v and are getting about 9v. All the 24v stuff is great.
Thanks for any help you guys can provide.

You most likely have a DC Voltage converter that may be going bad. Look in engine room near your battery charger.
