Have only had great experience with Int Marine
Sorry the OP not happy. Stand up guys IMO. I'm sure it could have been handled nicely without all the forum BS

I just spent 12 minutes of my life reading this. First off I find the deplorable comment offensive. A hour and a half drive to get an issued fixed is not a big deal ( I once drove 2 hours to buy a spool of anchor line). The layout is a touch goofy, should have been a better understanding of what was expected and what was delivered. The assumption that a Professional should know better then the owner is silly, go talk to an interior decorator to prove my point. For what it is worth at least Whitewater is speller correctly, I say hit the right trim tab for a second and call it level and great. It is just a damn boat!

Can the customer not remount the panel? Maybe give a refund for labor after more pictures are sent ..?

Sorry, Iím late to the show here. If you want to see the best place for a Whitewater switch panel, look at my build thread. I would post a pic, but Iím having trouble. IM rigged my whole boat. My bill was 6 figures. Some things arenít perfect. I live 10 hours away. Mike has agreed to fix everything, if I bring him the boat. I donít expect him to send a service tech 10 hours away. We agreed that Iíll keep a punch list and bring the boat back after a year. Maybe I donít expect enough, but Iím happy with that service.

Understand that you wanted right the first time. However, you made the wrong choice not spending the extra coin for a recessed panel. Bring the damn boat back and have them recess the panel. And donít blame others for your poor choices.

I'm in for 10 more pages before the lock.

The OP could have gotten the boat back to IMM in the time he spent bitching about it here today.
Mike has publicly stated he would make it right by the OP. Not much else OP could ask for other than a free repair.

Careful there, IM Mike. You wouldn't want to miss out on these demographics:

These big spending boaters might put you out of business.

Is it just me or is OPs Instagram page pretty much just a random Kardashian-esque mashup of fishing/boating pics lifted from the inter webs? So stupid. Followers or not, i donít see IM getting any business out of being promoted there...

I don't know op or IM, but I'm afraid if I owned IM or was ops manager I'd tell him to eat a sh*t sandwich I've offered all I can do.
