Default Needing some prop guidance

I am a week or so away from picking up my new PF 2500 hybrid. I ordered it no motor and had a Mercury 350 Verado installed. Any suugestjon as to what prop will be optimal for this rig? The boat has most every option this style and size boat would have, dual power poles, extra livewell up front, twin screens, 5 optima batteries, etc. Not sure of total weight but I’m guessing 4500 lbs (uneducated guess). Any advice on prop selection would be appreciated!! The dealer I purchased from suggests a 21 Tempest. I am just seeking opinions if this is the prop for this rig or if I can find one for better performance. Fuel consumption isn’t that big of a deal but hole shot is pretty important and top end would be a close second, not that conditions often allow for it but it is fun to let her eat sometimes!! Thanks in advance!

Tempest is no bueno on the 5.44” gear case, too much slip. 19” Rev 4 or an 18” Enertia Eco would be where I would start.

Yea I didn't think a 14 5/8 Tempest be good for a 350 Vrod. Need more diameter.
