I agree. I wish I could find someone with a McKee and a new "white" Zuke. Its apparently the same gel color as MayCraft and Key West.

I found a 28 with 300 Suzukis. This boat is the same color as mine (I have bottom paint though - black) and I assume the DF300s are the same color as the DF200APs???

White all the way, I went from black mercs to white 200AP's and leave my boat in the water full time
Don't get much staining and easy to wipe off, they don't show salt as much or get hot in the FL sun
Keep them waxed and buy the cowl covers for when not in use

unless you have a black rub rail, or black pipe work, or god forbid a black boat (like I had one time) then white all day, every day.

Itís funny how we boaters and fishermen are. When we buy or rebuild a boat we are nit picky about every little thing.
Then when we are out there fishing we could care less about colors dings and other things. ATLEAST thatís how I am.
I did vote white😂
Again though, once Iím on the water I could care less as long as it gets me to the fish and back home.

I'll admit, I am a pretty picky person, which is part of this. The majority of it though, is resale. The old engines run great and I sold them because we have an opportunity to get new ones at a decent price for now. The old ones are 2007 and if the same holds true for the new ones, it will be 2031 and they will still be running fine. I dont know if we will change boats by then but, more than likely, yes. So resale is a factor for me.

That makes sense. When I rebuilt my 21 I got in a rush at the end. Never thought Iíd ever sell it. Now here I am having to touch up things. Planing for future resale is smart.

Glad and to hear the Suzukiís are serving You well! Will be getting my first one in a few months.

white zukes look great, Black = salt spots, hot to touch, fade quicker

I have one black and twin white, i never would buy a black again for the above reasons.

I bought a white DF200AP for my Pathfinder. Just looks better, back gets too hot and shows salt

And shows all the dried salt, I have the white and love it on my boat but I have to say I like the contrast of the black on your boat.
