Deleted all his vids.....

Looks like he wanted to bitch more than resolve the actual issue.
All credibility & sympathy just got flushed right down the head.

I swear there must be a bunch of Parker troll bots on here.
I wouldn't doubt that a lot of the comments aimed at smearing this man's name comes from family, friends, employees and just parker fan boys.
Parker sold this man a jacked up boat plain and simple. He had every right to use his platform to call them out. They tried to work it out, yes. But that letter was half false and laid blame on the buyer demanding he signed off on their partially false so called legal document.
You guys are only making it worse for Parker.
At first I just thought it's fine we all make mistakes, but now after seeing how a customer is treated, theres no way I would ever buy a Parker and I would advise anyone I meet to steer clear of these bullies.

Maybe he was sick and tried of dealing with all the trolls cussing out his subscribers and thought it would be best to just delete the videos to avoid any problems with YouTube. His channel is a family friendly channel, It's not okay to go on there and use such profanity against him and his subscribers.

Bullies. The dude posted vids disparaging the boat and simultaneously deleting Parker comments on trying to rectify the issue. I don't even like Parker, but I would take a look knowing they stand behind their product. Any one hear who sells expensive product knows the hoops you have to jump through to get a manufacturer to step up sometimes. Here we have the manufacturer on this site ,explaining the process. It's a process

It's his channel, if he doesn't like what Parker and their crew are saying, he has every right to delete their comments.

He may have "the right" , but by doing so he diminishes his position .

Pretty obvious since over 1/3 of your post in over 2 years are trashing Parker.
Please show your evidence of the false claims in the letter?

I don't need to. I have nothing against Parker till I started seeing how this man was treated by the crew. I actually was headed to possibly buy a parker this weekend. I have just sold my whaler and had narrowed it down to two boats. Parker and pioneer.
I've been reading posts on here for years. This site has always been my go to site for researching boats. Theres a lot of guys on here that are full of knowledge and experience for average boaters like myself to learn from.

I don't have a dog in this fight. Parker has been in the boat building business for many moons and build quality boats. They offered to rectify the unfortunate situation and it has been a bumpy road in dealing with a customer that may or may not have an agenda. I would not hesitate to buy a Parker if I was looking at a monohull.

If you were seriously considering buying a Parker, I wouldn't let this stop me. The guy got a lemon. Granted it never should have passed through Parker's quality control but they've offered to give him his money back or give him a new boat. What more do you expect? Obviously, this company stands behind their boats. They have a good reputation based on many years of building quality boats.

One question.

How many people that would consider buying a Parker, will now buy one without taking a tape measure with them?

So the top cap was put on crooked and they continued building the boat? I would ask for full reimbursement and not consider the brand.
