Default Freeman/Merritt 42 outboard cat fisharound for Jimmy Buffet

Freeman is sending a 42 with quads down to Merritt Boatworks in Pompano to finish a custom walk around for Jimmy Buffet. The freeman ride with Merritt’s custom finish work should be epic. I’ve seen Buffett’s 33 Freeman pilot house at Merritt’s yard, but he obviously wants bigger and faster.

Thanks again.
Of course, we are happy to share the progress with everyone and its great to see everyone just as excited as us about this build. In the future we will try to keep the Hull Truth nation filled in on any future projects/builds such as the first hull of our new 77' footer with a re-designed bottom that we will be delivering in July as well. Its great to have all your support and I hope you all continue to enjoy the process.

Very cool, I do wonder how much extra weight it will add mid ship though. Reminds me of the Contender fisharound models

I bet it won't be the last one if it performs well.

I'll take that all day over riding in a bean bag like an Irish Setter in the back of a pick up truck.

I take back what I posted earlier this week or last week about the look of cats not being there for me yet. This Merritt deal is something!

I like that, except I would want driver and passenger side doors for easy entrance and exit. I guess when I get mine, I'll have them modify it to my liking (Ha!). And it does look a bit tight, but they probably went as wide as they could without interfering with the in floor storage on the sides.

This could be a cool rig. I'll be looking for it across the canal every trip to the 14 st boat ramp.
