Beautiful. What are the plans for the hatches and sending unit access plates which appear to be covered by the pilothouse?

That truly is a work of art. I hope this generates more pilot house and express catamaran interest. Boats like this would probably help a lot of guys convince their wives to get into these as well.

There's something about it that reminds me of the lines of the 30's and 40's aircraft. Another Hemisphere Dancer perhaps?

I bet the boys at freeman are enjoying the hell out of this.

I'd like to see a shot from even level. Looks great so far...

Appearances can be deceiving, as they all look accessible to me. The pilot house mostly covers the tunnel and perhaps the inside of the hatches but not the hatch lids/covers, which I am sure they measured prior to building the mold. Merritt didn't get the reputation they have by making mistakes.

Not bottom paint, the hull is that color, there is a protective wrap over much of the boat to keep it from being damaged in the yard. There is a tape mark there for bottom paint to be applied later tho.

I have to agree. Itís beautiful.

If it performs like a stock freeman, and freeman doesnít produce them... thatís foolish.

thats a homerun imho

It is likely going to live in the water in a multitude of locations from KW to the Bahamas and Caribbean. I donít think he is the type of weekend boat user that keeps his sled on a lift behind his home. He probably has a number of homes in tropical destinations and has a bunch of different boats. Margaretavich, his 33 PH, a big sailboat are all boats we know about.
