Fingers cross for ya ray. Besides being out of a boat all this time if canyon bay is involved and you are made whole you may just end up with a better product in the end! What a great ending that would be.

Hope all ends well. Still a big jump to build a quality 40ft cat with many more advanced systems. This will be a long road ahead for those on the CAT list.

I've only seen one here in Naples. I was curious about the boat so I tried to read the brand. I kept reading it as Cajun Bay until I got close and then it was more obvious its Canyon.
