A far cry from the guy that posted the Barker for sale at $290k a year or two back citing price was driven by demand v. supply.

Lol, that was a hoot. Heck of a marketing job. That boat was bumped just from the comments on the price and we still talk about it, lol.

Still giving out quotes for new boats so they must still be in business, or stealing money

FIFY. It’s still America and we are afforded the right of presumption of innocence. Wait until the dude in the black robe rules!

Anybody can be sued for anything in the USA, until law changes and looser pays all fees, lawsuits will continue to fly.

If you recall, barker took delivery of a second mold a year into making boats. Based on the fact that he only made around 35-40 total boats in 5 years there wasnt a need for a second mold due to volume. My guess is that modifications were made to correct some issues that Gottarpon had with his and that other early dissatisfied customers had because the one i have rides and performs very well.

i would disagree with that statement. As hull #1 sits behind my house and the ride is very good. As for tarponís problem I do not know his situation.

good friends own the boats. I have access to use if desired. I have my own boat. So between all the boats we rotate frequently.
