I have a template of what I want done to my boat but I want to shop some prices with folks who can do the custom cuts and itís ship me the 3M backed pieces to install on my own.

Iíve already been in touch with the below places.

Castaway Customs
Gulf Coast Aqua Traction
GatorStep Marine Nonskid

Castaway has been great to work with and ships us the pieces that we install ourselves.

I have used both Marine Mat and SeaDek and had great luck with them both. The last boat we did, I had my floor scanned and sent the specs to Marine Mat. I had the product in a couple of weeks and installed it myself. It was easy and a great product. Also about 1/2 the price of SeaDek

I'd be happy to assist so if you're still shopping around, send me your .dxf file to [email protected] and I'll send you a quote.

I did my intrepid 377, from castaways, a few were wrong and they replaced them no questions asked, dont remember their turnaround time but it was quick.
others will chime in about how bad their customer service is, but it sure wasn’t my experience.

The guy who does my enclosures and interior vinyl work has a new machine that scans the floor and he can make a pdf with all the dimensions and patterns. He basically sits the machine down and traces the outline of each piece with a "pencil" that draws it on the scanner and it saves it. Super cool and much more accurate and faster than using the plastic sheets and doing the drawings, measurements and all that crap.

I had this same service done by Gulf Coast Aqua Traction today. They came to my house and spent about 1 hour, then sent me the .dxf cad files when completed. I have since sent out the files for quotes to, Gulf Cost Aqua Traction, Seadek, Castaway Custom, GatorStep Marine, Marine Mat, and Craig with IM. Ill report back with the finished product.
