Have to disagree based on my experience. Had 2 Df140s with water in the oil from internal corrosion. Oil turned to chocolate milk. OP, if it's not the oil cooler, I'd bet it's a hole in the head allowing cooling water into the combustion chamber. Not worth fixing. Part it out. You can get $1500 for the lower alone. Couple hundred for the ECM, etc. Parts for these motors are in demand and fit 90-140s of many years. Been in your shoes. It sucks.

Not the oil cooler. It sucks. Will take it to my mechanic tomorrow to try and sort things out. Already looking for other options.
